Who we are

These apps (Deskhand, Sitelift, Snapbook, Fixit, Plantwise) are run by Recursiv Labs, Inc., a Delaware company ("we"). By starting a trial or plan you agree to these terms. Questions: support@recursiv.io. Paid services such as audits and website builds are covered by a separate written agreement we sign with you.

They use AI

Each app sends the photo you add to an AI model and shows you its answer. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are general information, not professional advice. Don't rely on them for anything dangerous, legal, medical, tax or financial. For gas, electrical or structural work, use a licensed professional. If a pet or child may have eaten a plant, call a vet or poison control.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Current prices:

If your plan has a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, from "Manage or cancel" in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you're unhappy within 14 days after any charge, including a setup fee, email us for a full refund. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect at your next renewal.

Sitelift

Sitelift makes a private preview of a rebuilt website from the public text of the site you enter. You confirm you own or run that business, or have its permission. Previews are AI-written from that text, may contain mistakes, and are not published; check every detail before going live. To go live you pay a $149 setup fee and $39 a month, which renews every month until you cancel. That covers connecting your domain, hosting, and two rounds of text edits by email at setup. Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, from "Manage or cancel" on your site page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and your site stays live until the end of the month you paid for. Then it goes offline and we email you its files. You always keep your domain and your content. If we can't put your site live on your domain, we refund everything you paid. We don't promise any search ranking, traffic or sales.

Fair use

Each membership is for one person. There's a daily limit on photos. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything illegal.

Your content

You own your photos and your answers. You let us process them only to give you the answer. See the privacy policy.

No warranty; limits

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. We may close an app; if we do, we'll refund any unused paid time. Delaware law applies, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
