Recursiv Labs, Inc. runs these apps. Here's what we collect and why.

Photos

The photo you add is sent to our AI provider, Google (the Gemini API), to produce your answer. We don't keep your photos. Google processes them under its paid API terms, which means it doesn't use them to train its models; it may keep them briefly for abuse monitoring. Your past answers are saved only in your own browser.

Payments

Stripe handles payment. We receive your email, plan and payment status, never your card number.

Waitlists

If you join a waitlist, we keep your email and email you only about that app. Unsubscribe anytime.

Free previews and reports

When you ask for a Sitelift preview, we read that one public web page and send its text to our AI provider, Google (the Gemini API), to rewrite it. We keep the website address, your email and the preview for 30 days, then delete them. We use your email to send your preview link and the offer to put it live, and, if you subscribe, your receipts and account emails. If you take a quiz for a free report, we keep your email and your answers, and use them to write your report with our AI provider and to follow up about our services. When you sign up for a preview or a free report, we send a hashed copy of your email to Meta to measure our ads. Unsubscribe anytime. Deskhand demo chats are sent to Google (the Gemini API) to answer and are not stored by us. To have a preview deleted sooner, including one of your business made by someone else, email support@recursiv.io.

Ads and measurement

We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which ads work. This shares page events, your browser details and, after you sign up or buy, a hashed copy of your email with Meta. We also keep our own record of which signup steps you completed, tied to a random ID in your browser. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or Meta ad settings.

Where it's kept

Our records are stored with our hosting and database providers in the US. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires, and other records until you ask us to delete them.
